About Kendra’s Pole Fitness Studio

Kendra’s Pole Fitness Studio is proudly located in the heart of Niagara Falls inside of a historical building (The NACC) which recently celebrated 100 years!

Kendra’s is Niagara Falls’ first and only pole fitness studio! It’s designed to offer a classy, fun, flirty unconventional way to exercise that will leave you feeling fierce, confident, sexy & empowered all while getting a workout in.

Kendra is a trained and certified group fitness instructor with AFAA and a Level One Pole & Chair Dance instructor who trained out of Las Vegas, Nevada’s World’s first pole dancing studio, owned by the Queen of pole dancing school herself, Fawnia! (We love you!)

Kendra offers Beginner Level private lessons (but you can bring a friend or two!) and some other good stuff (once you get in and get your feet wet) because you may want a specific style of workout tailored to YOU.

Over here, we have created a cute & cozy space for you to become part of a growing and supportive pole community. A place to belong, have fun, feel safe, try something new and have the MOST fun doing it.
